Another colorway of the is on the horizon. Already having released the and colorways, Jordan Brand is preparing to unleash the “Playoffs” colorway that is my personal favorite our of the three.
The Air Jordan 20 was retroed for the first time this year after originally releasing 10 years ago in 2005. Continuing the 10th anniversary of the revolutionary silhouette is this new “Playoffs” colorway that comes with a flat black leather upper with contrasting hits of white on the heel and toe. Complimentary hits of cool grey land on the midsole while the star of the shoe is front & center, the laser etched midfoot strap. The strap is colored in white with all of the laser graphics done in black, assuring that you will not miss this unique feature of the Air Jordan 20. Oh yeah and the ankle strap is also 3M.
If you’re hoping to add this pair of 20s to your collection, you’ll be able to buy your pair when they release on May 9th for $220.
As much as I want to like the Air Jordan 20, I just don’t like it enough to dish out $220 on them. And that strap on the ankle is kind of weird too, what do you do with it when you wear pants? This is the best colorway of the Air Jordan 20, but I don’t plan on copping.
