A recently leaked photo of baby sized sneakers revealed that the Air Jordan 12 “Flu Game” from 1997 is going be amongst the air jordan release dates 2016 alongside a few other colorways of the Air Jordan 12. However, these are not the only iterations of the twelfth Air Jordan signature sneaker that will be arriving at retailers next year on one of the Jordan release dates 2016. Apparently it is being rumored that next year’s Air Jordan 12 releases are also going to include the “Carolina Blue” iteration that has never been released before.
Coincidentally, this never-before-seen “Carolina Blue” colorway resembles another iteration of the Air Jordan 12, namely the “Gamma Blue.” The Air Jordan 12 Retro “Gamma Blue” officially made its retail debut on December 26th, 2013. Indeed, it was that year’s Christmas release sporting an upper dressed up in Black with Gamma Blue and Red accents throughout. As for the Air Jordan 12 “Carolina Blue, ” apart from being featured in the form of a baby-sized pair in the recently leaked photo, Instagram user @zsneakerheadz recently posted a Photoshoped image of the sneaker is going to look like.
Based on this Photoshoped image of this potentially upcoming Air Jordan 12 colorway, the sneaker’s upper is predominantly dressed up in Navy and Obsidian. The Carolina Blue hue that gives this colorway its name makes an appearance on the frontal overaly, sole and in the form of accents, including the Jordan branding like the Jumpman logo on the tongue.
Even though rumors and speculations continue to circulate, Jordan Brand has gone rather silent about potential Air Jordan releases 2016. They have not even dropped any hints if the three baby-sized pairs seen in the photo here will ever hit the shelves in adult sizes. So, currently know is no way of knowing what the Air Jordan 12 “Carolina Blue” might actually look like, but sneakerheads can still hope that it will arrive on one of next year’s Jordan release dates 2016.
